We love everything gingerbread! And the kids love this gingerbread French toast! We also make gingerbread pancakes too ☺ they are so good and perfect for breakfast or lunch!
Of course you can make this recipe without the gingerbread spices or add in other spices like pumpkin pie spice, or maybe a chocolate powder like orange or mint, its such a fun recipe that you can make it into whatever flavour you like ☺ but as its Christmas time we are going for gingerbread!
