Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

Yes pancakes!! Our regular Saturday morning breakfast thats gluten and dairy free although we don’t follow a free from diet but we don’t drink milk and little s can only have yogurt and certain cheeses so we just limit dairy and gluten.

These pancakes fit into my diet plan so i can have these for breakfast and still loose weight!! I just have 2 of them with 1/2 cup blueberries or other berries and they are delicious!

We add in other ingredients to make different kinds, gingerbread is a top favourite, or the kids will also have some fruit with them, see French Toast post for more add in ideas

Ingredients

1 large or 2 small Bananas

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 TBS cacao powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

2 large eggs

2 cups oats

1 cup almond milk

Heat some olive oil on a frying pan

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined

Use a quarter cup to measure out each pancake.

Serve with fruit. Enjoy 🙂
