I did it!!! MINI GOAL REACHED!!
This screen shot is from a video I did two years ago when I was still struggling to lose weight, I remember working out, always feeling hungry, like I was depriving myself (not the best thing for anxiety and depression or emotional eating) and wiped out and bored of the same workout everyday! I managed to lose around 28lb over a 2 year period, but I still didn’t feel great.
Then I discovered something amazing and life changing. Over the past year I’ve not only lost 57lb to date, I’m not bored, I don’t feel like I’m depriving myself, I feel the best I have in my life and I just hit a huge goal!! Not only have I just sailed over the huge bump that I was always unable to get past but I now weigh what I haven’t weighed since I was a teenager!!! Don’t get me wrong the journey is tough, I’ve had to make sacrifices and at times I have doubted myself, however when you are given all the tools you need to be successful it makes it much easier.
Making my health a priority and investing in it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m learning so much along the way… Its not just about weightloss! It’s about being the best you!
