Egg Roll in a Bowl


This is one of my fav post workout meals, its super easy to prepare in bulk and everything is all in one bowl.

For those that don’t know.. Me being previously one of them.. What is a egg roll? Its a American Chinese deep fried roll that has all this on the inside and looks like a large spring roll! No eggs in sight!

To make this version you need..

250g minced turkey (low fat content)
2 cloves of garlic chopped (because whoever just uses 1) 4oz gratted carrot
4oz shedded white cabbage
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 yellow container of peas (about 1/2 cup)

Brown mince with garlic in extra virgin olive oil, add veg and stir cook for about 5 minutes then add coconut aminos, ginger and sesame oil, cook until peas and Cabbage are done but still have a bit of crunch!

I split this into 2 portions.
