Then & Now

On the left! Around 18st (252lbs), size 22, suffering from post natal depression and anxiety, no self love, no confidence, high cholesterol, obese.

On the right! 11.10st (164lb)… 88lbs loss… a weight I haven’t been since I was a teenager…. I’m almost 40!!, size 10-14, heck of a lot more good days than bad with both depression and anxiety. Love myself a lot more, don’t stress about what other people are saying or what they think of me and way more confidence, haven’t had my cholesterol checked… I need to!… No longer obese and everyday I take a step to being normal range for my height… I’m short. I’m the happiest and healthiest I’ve been in my whole life, I thought it was just about weight loss, clearly I was wrong!

Don’t think you could do what I do…. Neither did I.

Don’t think you can change…. Neither did I.

Think it will be too hard….. So did I.

I don’t want to have to keep going back to diets that don’t work, I’ve been there and done it, everytime they end I would return to eating what I did before the diet…. So how did that help me at all! It didn’t because I put back on every pound I lost! Now it’s staying off! And yes it is hard, yes there is sacrifices to make, sometimes it’s really tough, but I have my why, I have the correct tools, I have the support and the results on the outside and the inside speak for themselves!

Oh and I still eat Pizza, Chips, Donuts, Chocolate, Cake, Cookies, and my new fav Oreo Truffles!  …. Not all at once of course!!

I’m so ready to continue my journey with @liift4 and @joelfreemanfitness with my family doing it right along with me! (@paightonsjourney @millington.nathan) This program is going to take me to my first goal weight with a healthy bmi something I haven’t had in decades!! Bring on the bears!!
